Refund / Cancellation Policy
How cancellations and refunds are handled for confirmed advertising bookings.
Cancellation Requests
Cancellation requests must be sent in writing to our contact email and are effective from the date we acknowledge receipt.
Before Production
Where a cancellation is received before artwork has been placed into production for a given issue, amounts paid for that issue may be refunded or credited against a future campaign, subject to any costs already incurred.
After Production
Once an advertisement has entered production or has been published, that portion of the booking is non-refundable, as printing and distribution costs are already committed.
Publication by Another India
If we are unable to publish a confirmed advertisement, we will offer an equivalent placement in a subsequent issue or refund the amount paid for that placement.
Processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within a reasonable period after approval.
